This is an action by Versia Crowder against the defendants, Milwaukee & Suburban Transport Corporation and Ronald Brinkman, to recover for personal injuries sustained in a collision on September 28, 1965. The plaintiff, Versia Crowder, was a passenger on a bus owned by the defendant, Milwaukee & Suburban Transport Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Transport Corporation, when, at the intersection of West State street and North Third street in the city of Milwaukee, it collided with the automobile operated by Ronald Brinkman. The jury apportioned 80 percent of the negligence to Brinkman and 20 percent to the Transport Corporation. The damages awarded to Versia Crowder are not questioned on this appeal.
