This is an appeal from an order granting appellees plea to the jurisdiction in favor of appellee, Houston Independent School District, and dismissing appellants, Paul Caramanians, suit with prejudice. The trial court found as a matter of law that the court did not have jurisdiction over appellants cause because of the failure of appellant to exhaust his administrative remedies before the Houston Independent School District and the Commissioner of Education. From this order appellant appeals. We affirm.
