Description
Integration of agreement by letter excluded parol evidence. It is not necessary, in order to integrate and so become the exclusive evidence of the terms of a contract, that the memorandum thereof shall be formal or signed by the party to be bound. A letter written by one party to a contract, in confirmation of it, in performance of an undisputed term calling for such a letter, accepted without question and retained by the other party, held such an integration of the agreement as to exclude parol evidence varying or contradicting the writing.
